Research production

Registration of scientific production and other research merits (publications in journals, books, chapters in books, PhD thesis supervision, participation in research projects, etc) have the following four objectives:

• Evaluate scientific production of researchers to distribute research funds available at the University of Vigo.
• Manage curriculum of university researchers in order to use the same during evaluation.
• Quantify and assess amount, quality and impact of the work of research personnel, research groups, and fields of research at the University of Vigo through diverse bibliographic and science&technology indicators.
• Facilitate management of science&technology on offer, and exploitation of the University of Vigo's research results through the pertinent feedback.
