Human resources for research

The fundamental aim of the SECYT and the University of Vigo R&D&I system is to increase numbers and quality of human resources dedicated to research. The University of Vigo and the many agents of the system have jointly designed several instruments to facilitate hiring of research/ technology personnel and R&D support personnel, with a view to promoting their ongoing training and geographic mobility, within institutions and sectors.
