Alfa
Alfa is an EU program with two main objectives:

Foster cooperation between higher education institutions in Latin America and Europe.
- Promote cooperation programs by establishing higher education institutions in Europe and Latin America, to carry out joint activities, encourage postgraduate and undergraduate student mobility, as well as other activities that contribute to regional integration of Latin American countries and development of exchange between them.
